The Roundtables
The Roundtable series presents an opportunity for prayerful dialogue in the spirit of synodality on key topics relevant to the life and mission of the Church. These Roundtables will be important moments as we approach the Archdiocesan Assembly.
Monthly 2023 – 2024 | St Christopher’s Pastoral Centre, Manuka ACT + Online
- Focusing on topics including youth and young adults, sacramental initiation, ethnic communities, social justice, reconciliation, safeguarding and many more!
- These Roundtables will be important moments as we approach the Archdiocesan Assembly.
The Well: Retreat
A retreat to renew the missionaries of our Archdiocese: catechists, ministers, leaders and educators.
- The Well is a one-day retreat to engage and accompany those who are actively involved in ministry including Sacramental Coordinators, School of Religion Coordinators and Catechists.
- This will be a time of prayer, celebration and formation grounded in encounter and evangelisation.
Missio: Formation Intensive
Our Church thrives when there is good community, good preaching and good worship. The Missio: Formation Intensive seeks to explore these essential elements of renewal whilst exploring and discerning charism in the area of missionary leadership.

- This is ideal for Clergy, Pastoral Associates, Evangelisation Teams, Leaders (Worship, Liturgy, Sacramental Initiation), Catechists and Educators and Emerging Leaders (Parish Youth Coordinators, University Chaplaincy)
- This Formation Intensive is designed to support the missionary renewal of our Parish and broader Archdiocesan community.
Deanery Evangelisation Gatherings
To support Parishes – including Parish Evangelisation Teams – in developing new initiatives to build up the life and mission of the local Church, the Archdiocese will be hosting Deanery Evangelisation Gatherings.
- This will be an opportunity for prayer, sessions on exploring their charism and missionary leadership as well as developing a Parish plan for evangelisation.
